The company is working very well.The firstvtenant was found fast and was well recommended.John organised all kind of necessary license and other documents, which we were not aware as first time landlords.Second tenant -the same very fast.They also made proper handing over from one to another.Even bearing in mind network on a basis without managing the property monthly, they made recommendations regarding a fault of wIshing machine and organised repair.

Is it possible to deduct 10% fee mmonthly, not at once? Because it could be different circumstances.And if tenant cancels a contract, we will loose money for your commission without receiving incinerators from tenant.
