We have had major concerns with the agency from day 1. Ganaden promised us has heating, new windows and doors and exterior insulation. Two years on we only have the exterior insulation. We call when we have problems but the message never gets to our landlord, and when it does, the message is completely wrong.
We have had to go through out solicitors and health and safety to get thing done for us as all ganaden are interested is money, not our well being. They are a poor excuse of an estate agent.
