I think the standard of service is terrible, I'm just recognised as a Tennant and nothing else. It's like talking to the cast of phone rude lady In particular who for 5 weeks now has not got back to me on whether or not the landlord can collect his belongings as I have no space for it and was told when viewing the house it wouldn't be a problem in which this lady seems to think I'm lying In which is.made very clear by her sarsarcasm down the phone to me. But not even to hear anything back at all is disgusting and doesn't show respect for people's problems at all. Who's monitoring these people because it just seems like everytime I ring I get the same lady who is rude and never contacts me back. So yesterday my boiler broke it absolutely freezing in my house as I have no double glazing...I have rang them and same lady answered if this problem is not dealt with today I will be making a complaint against this lady in particular and will find another agency and flat to rent. Just sickens me that I feel this lady is being deliberately rude and unhelpful to me and that I can not keep having to deal with sadly
