bairstow eves is the worst company to buy property from they tell you to use there own solicitors who do not do a proper job all they want is your money and leave you in debt and ill with worry so if you buy a place dont use there solicitors they are called davison solicitors

Appalling company to buy from. We tried to purchase a property, and upon discovering the mortgage provider wouldn’t lend the full amount (it wasn’t worth what it was valued at by Bairstow Eves) I was called and left a rude voicemail by Sharon, telling me “they WILL sell their property, but not to you”. I couldn’t help but laugh, as several months down the line it was indeed sold at the banks valuation, not theirs.
I would not deal with this company again through their rudeness. ...
