We recently put our house up for sale,and found the staff we really friendly and very proffessional, we got a free evaluation, then he came to take pics to put online,the house sold 3days after goin online, which was the following week after the pictures where taken.the staff where very quick with relaying offers and passing of information.
I would 100% recommend IQ properties to all my friends and family, they also had a great price which couldnt be beaten.
