At two weeks before our new tenants move in, it is early days to comment on Roy Brooks management services. I am, however, very pleased with their sales service. They marketed my property very quickly and found great tenants almost immediately. I expect my property to be empty for no time at all as they have planned an extremely fast check-out/check-in. The rent they achieved was acceptable and the rates they charge are competitive. Roy Brooks have been very helpful so far and I hope that this continues when they start to manage the property next month.
