We moved out of a property managed by Black Katz almost six weeks ago and still don't have our deposit back. The landlord has apparently sent them the info they need to sign off some time ago and we just keep getting fobbed off by office staff.

They were quite keen to talk to us when they wanted to show new prospective tenants through at incredibly inconvenient/last minute times but not so much now.

I am sorry that you have felt the need to complain. We pride ourselves on our high levels of customer serivice which is why we get so many good reviews. Returning deposits to tenants as quickly as possible is a big priority for us; please let me have the property address and we will look into matters urgently.
