I have felt that the Helmore's team and in particular Ian and James have been honest, trustworthy and have regularly communicated with us about the sale of our house. In stressful times James has been a reassuring voice at the end of the phone and has supported us in making decisions. I have also used the Rental Team, in particular Jenny Wreford who has been nothing but helpful in our search for a rental property. Whenever I popped into Helmore's in person I am always greeted by friendly and professional staff, so all in all I have been very pleased with the service I have received by everyone.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
