We are in the same position, as have not received any rent since October. We live abroad, but went back to Rochester 2 weeks ago to meet with Richard Sweet to try and resolve this issue. He promised us payments in 6 week instalments starting from last week to. Guess what we have still not received any money. We have gone to the ombudsman, however I can see from some other comments here, that others have taken the same route.
Please can you let me know if the Ombudsman was helpful and helped resolve the issue. If not, then we will have to look at taking them to a small claims court

can sympathise with you have had trouble also. Went to the office in December and sat until they issued. Cheque which actually cleared. then had problems getting deposit transferred and have finally got this. Ombusman is where I live in Salisbury but does not have much teeth to be honest. Who shouts loudest to be perfectly frank. Kim has a terrible problem to deal with every day. richard Sweet is an Asshole to be honest and souls be harressed seriously and not the poor office staff.
