What a complete wast of time and our money. We paid £££ for a package including a glossy brochure. 7 months on and still we have not seen a copy of the brochure. None of the 3 viewers had received a brochure. Someone we knew who had sold rang for a copy of the brochure - she was coming up to the northeast to view houses the next weekend. Information did not arrive until after her weekend visit and then all she received was an A4 piece of paper with a 1 inch photo of the house and a few lines of description, with another cottage that was a lot cheaper. No phone calls, nothing. We have taken the property off them now - but they have not returned our calls, responded to our letters. This is probably some of the worst customer service I have ever come across. Often there is an answering machine on. I stood in the office and listened to the staff on the phone - they appear to have had no training and quite honestly, do not care. But it starts from the top - the Ombudsman beckons

sounds about right even the MD is a total waste of time, they almost destroyed our lives and put us in financial strights if it wasnt for another wonderful agent we used (ranked number 1) we dont know what we would have done.
