Disgusted by level of service provided by Haart.
We had scheduled moving in to the new property with Haart. One viewing was done with all the furniture and landlord still living at the property. We have signed agreement believing and trusting that property was thoroughly checked by Haart. MISTAKE! They signed papers on behalf of landlord without even visiting flat. On the day of inventory check, Haart employee conducting check was horrified! The property had white walls turned black with inch thick mould which wasn't visible before as it was behind wardrobes. It turned out as well that landlord left the flat without heating for several days which worsened condition of flat. Our son was 13 months old at that time and by any means we were not going to live in that flat! We had to push agents and landlord to surrender the contract threatening with council services!
They still charged us £500 for admin fees and inventory check, which they never intended to return.
We now have judgment and warrant issued against them and I advise everyone to AVOID Haart as much as you can.
