Horrible customer service, applied for property to rent, spent 3 days trying to find out about process of my application form and every time was put on hold and saying that they will call me back on the day when I called each time. It's been almost 3 weeks without reply or explanation what's happened. I'm surprised how they can get any prospective tenants dealing with them the way dealt with me. Lucky for me I wasn't waiting and still was looking for property to rent. I'd never suggest to deal with them. Complete ignorance

I believe the local office Manager has been in contact and explained the position which seems to be down to mis-communication between two local offices.
