The team are polite yet ineffective. Complaints are not responded to (other than the confirm a response will follow, but after 3 months nothing came). Repairs that are reported - poor lighting levels and fire door failures are promised a resolution yet no action taken. I became worried about how my personal data was being used so requested my information through a legal process, yet these have been ignored. The use of 'FSA' logo useless, as this body no longer exists. The property is no longer serviced by GH Property.

The agent could have delivered the service they tendered for. The agent could have responded to complaints (11 months in total) The agent could have responded to a legal request for personal data
