The team are polite yet ineffective. Complaints are not responded to (other than the confirm a response will follow, but after 3 months nothing came). Repairs that are reported - poor lighting levels and fire door failures are promised a resolution yet no action taken. I became worried about how my personal data was being used so requested my information through a legal process, yet these have been ignored. The use of 'FSA' logo useless, as this body no longer exists. The property is no longer serviced by GH Property.

We have been asked to post this response from the Director of our client: Comment : Director of Norton Heights Board of Management. I am sorry to say this resident is completely uninformed as to the workings of Norton Heights having lived there for two plus years. He has never contacted the Directors of Norton Heights or GH Property for any explanation on his concerns and has chosen to leave his comments at a time when he has a sold sign outside of his house. !! Will I emailed/rang/ wrote for 18 months with an invoice query, but they never replied. So I refused to pay until they sorted out the invoice properly so they decided to take legal action for non-payment. They have done this twice, they never get anywhere as they are in the wrong and don't have a leg to stand on but this is the way they regularly behave. ...
