The funds and the reimbursement for the deposits are systematically delayed with completely unjustified grounds, personnel time off/unwell, wrong IBAN, wire transfer quota cap per day and other bogus arguments.
Avoid, stay at large.

Dear Ivo,

I hope you are well,

After carefully checking your case I found that you provided the wrong bank accounts details to our deposit refund department, the processing time was less then what the agreement states. You should actually be recommending us as we gave you priority over other refunds pending.
