This branch would not know customer service if it smacked them in the face.
They are slow to act on repairs, renewals and marketing.
They will tell your tenant if your thinking of selling your rented house and then lie and say it wasn't them, then not even call you back when asked to do so.
The communication is none exist and don't expect any help from head office either, ad they won't see your side as a paying customer.
They charge your tenant for breathing if they could.
The fees are high in reflection of service, they are no better Than any other agent but will tell you they are wonderful.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Actually apologised when they are wrong and ring customer back. Your lucky if they even pick phone up in first place.
