The agent was very unorganised . We first had the viewing with the current tenant on the 23rd of January. The tenant was due to move out on the 2nd of February. There was a couple of issues with the property which I had discussed with them. And they said they will need to speak to the landlord But first they will need the fees of ‚£170 before anything can be done . Which I was a bit reluctant to do. But as we was in a rush to move I felt like I had no option I then didn't hear anything back until the tenant moved out on the second. Pat never returned her calls to my partner who was getting frustrated with the whole process .I went to veiw the house after the tenants had moved out which pointed out some more issues such as the kitchen had no heating I.e radiator, floor tiles was chipped ,excessive mold due to cold growing on the wall and bathroom floor, me with asthma and a having a small baby basically making it unsafe to move in. I wanted to view the property before we moved in which we had agreed on the 25th February 2 days before they agreed for a viewing which doesn't make sense very last minute. It's was disgusting they had just painted over the mold with out cleaning, everything was excessively dirty more than before there was now holes in the walls from moving. Everything was a bodge job. After pat the day before saying that I would be very happy with everything done to a very high standard I was very insulted by this after seeing it. After speaking with pat the next day she basic said what do you want me to do , do you want the house or not. I said in that disgusting state it will be a no but I am still willing to move somewhere else and she said but don't have anything for you. And put the phone down . She never said I will contact you if there is anything to put my mind at ease as I have paid ‚£170. I feel like she thinks this is pennies. Very unhappy with the experience people should avoid this estate agent as they have no concept of customer service, organisation and professionalism. I will be taking this further.

Comment on agent fees
Agent fees was ‚£170 for two application which was unnecessary As it was a joint application which should of cost ‚£120 . Pat said these non refundable.

I have tried to view several properties with them but have been told that they are not being marketed any more. I also had trouble viewing one property and it took several calls before an appointment was finally made. It seems that many properties on ...
