BEWARE! They do NOT refund your money at the end of the tenancy!! And their repairs line is a joke, you will call them out again and again and they\'re terrible at fixing things.

The last month of our tenancy fell in the middle of the month. Adams assured us (in writing!!) that the money would be returned to us along with the deposit. The deposit came... but not the refund for the rest of the month!! Now they won\'t refund the money and we\'re going to have to take them to court over it. THEY RIPPED US OFF AND I\'M SURE WE\'RE NOT THE FIRST. DON\'T BE THE NEXT!!!

Also, if they manage the property and tell you that if something breaks they\'ll fix it -- it\'s rubbish. They have a repair line but they always lose messages and you have to call again & again to remind them. And when they finally get a handyman out there, they do a terrible job. We had to call at least 3 times to fix a leaking washing machine, and it still ended up needing to be replaced (which was obvious from the start).

Overall, AVOID ADAMS at all costs.
