I have recently started to rent a property through the agent Abby Lettings (Sunderland). I was recommended them by a friend and spoke, initially, to a very friendly and helpful man called Mark who suggested I view the property I am now living in with my family. Mark explained the fees and charges which I found to be very reasonable, and after I paid the initial deposit and administration fee I moved in. Excellent customer service, very reasonable and I'm very happy I used this agent. There were a few jobs that needed doing in the house and when I rang a workman came straight out to sort my boiler and someone came and painted for me! Can't fault them!
