Although our tenants paid them rent for January, they still have not paid to us. They say they will pay at same time as February rent and problem is caused by moving office. This is very bad excuse and not at all professional. The manager has not called us back for weeks. It make me think he does not care about customers. We need our rent and he has it - this almost seem like scam. I hope they pay soon.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Pay money on time. Not make excuse but accept terrible mistake made. Communicate better. Show respect.
