DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.
AT ALL.
EVER.
The most incompetent, useless, rude, lying, hypocritical, inane, horrendous excuse for a company ever. The staff are very unfriendly, and rude regularly. They also barely speak english, which is fine, in general, but in a role where you are constantly using it as the main language of communication, its a nightmare!
They also don't communicate with each other, often information just get lost in the ether, you can ask for something, or raise an issue with one of them, call back to find out two days later, and noone has ever heard of that issue before.
They lie, frequently, and will try and bully you into extra charges which you DO NOT have to pay.
They also send bailiffs to your house, even when you have paid the rent properly, their organisation is SO poor, that they can't tell the difference.
All their contractors are awful and cheap, they never do a good job, nothing is ever fixed just botched, the internet installation was a farce, we had to move in late but they didnt bother letting us know the rooms weren't empty... the list goes on and on.
Just please for God's sake don't rent from them! They will take all your money and you will be left unhappy.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Change, everything.
Shut down, fire all the staff, and start again.

You should not be at all surprised, I was hoping that a little encouragement might prompt a continuation of a brief week where you appeared to make an effort with us, however that very quickly turned out not to be the case, when you sent bailiffs to our house, and threatened a tenant with extra charges for late payment, despite the fact they had paid on time.
There is nothing 'extra' you have done for us, merely eventually responded to a few of our many issues.
Your sarcasm with regard to speaking English is frankly a poor effort to disguise the fact that many of your staff are unable to effectively communicate with the tenants they are supposed to support, and it is just a further example of how little you appear to care for the effective and professional running of a business.
