These are the worst letting agents I have had. And worst about It was that they never did repairs. Gutters never emptied therefore I got damp in bedroom which resulted in ruining all my suits. When I left they couldn't of been anymore unprofessional and unhelpful but I managed to get majority of bond back. They decided they would get a cleaner in even tho I cleaned the house steamed carpet cleaner.. maybe if they'd decorated the house before I moved in it wouldn't of looked so grubby. Money saver was someone went in with a different coloured paint and just dabbed on the bits that needed painting before u moved in. I am still in the deposit scheme and i hope I will get the rest of my money back, and they made nasty remarks about me in there office in front of me. I have never had so many house inspections in my life (at least one a month!!). I have never felt so insulted in all my life and they made no room for wear and tear which reulted in me replacing a lino flooring that was already damaged when i moved in. I feel like they did everything on the lowest budget they could and now I have moved iam so much happier and feel like a weight has been lifted I am now enjoying life without the stress of them been the way they were. I wasn't going to leave a review but because they were so nasty I want to warn everyone as it was the worst time of my life
What agent could do to change your mind?
Nothing as they were snooty with me from the start.all they care about is saving money instead of decorating and repaira. but they managed to turn up every month to inspect( I was there over 4years).Attached Filesnbsp;
Comment on agent fees
The rent I paid had no reflect on the management of thr property Or repairs so feel that it was money wasted I never felt satisfied. Always keep proof i.e emails.

With regards to the bond, Our bonds are held with the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) a government legislated orginisation, therefore any dispute or ruling is handled by themselves.
