It has been painful having to deal with this agency and their employees. From the moment I moved into the property there were difficulties. The staff lack a level of professionalism that is worrying in a customer facing business. My move out has been particularly difficult. I moved out of my Vanet let property 2.8.2011 and still have not received my deposit back. There have been no apologies for the delay in this, or for the lack of contact from the agency. Would never ever use again.
