What a total mess, will never use David St James again and would urge anyone thinking of using them to avoid them like the plague. Just like countless other people here, they made us pay £1000 upfront and when moving date arrived they told us we can't move in due to a credit ref check. It would have been nice to have been told about this earlier! Very rude, very unprofessional, dont know what are they doing totally bad experience.
