NEVER EVER go with tenant network. if there was an option for half a star they wouldnt even get that. they take a big admin fee off you which does nothing except go in their pockets. the property had changed from the time i had viewed it to when it was given to me and tenant network took no responsibility for it and were not willing to help even after a lot of hassling. they just said its a letting property and i need to speak to the landlord. the agents there lie to you by promising certain things will be in the house just to make you sign the contract and when you confront them about the lies they just say its not their fault. Its like buying a car with alloy wheels and a body kit and once you get the car the wheels have been changed to spacesaver wheels with no body kit and a dent in the front bumper. Overall they are a bunch of liars and would not recommend to anybody even if they are homeless.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Not lie to us and rip us off.
