I rented my property through this agent for a number of years. However, after taking back my property I found it in a terrible condition. The garden had been destroyed, the rear gate and fence were missing and the internals were shocking.
Inspections were clearly never undertaken and the service was the worst I have ever received, just being one excuse after the other.
It was so bad that on the day I had agreed to collect the keys, Polly couldn't even bring herself to be there.
Bad doesn't even do it justice!
