David St James are incredibly rude and unprofessional. DO NOT go with them. I was made to pay £1000 upfront for 'holding fees' before signing the contract. The current tenant refused to move which David St James had known at least a week before they told us which was the day before we were due to move in, leaving my girlfriend and I homeless. David St James were unapologetic and extremely unhelpful in helping us find somewhere new to stay and have taken nearly 3 months to refund £1000. I am becoming very concerned I will never receive this back and am currently looking into how I can take them to the small claims court. Truly a miserable experience.
