I marketed and sold a property with harbourside and received a professional friendly and open service, they offered competitve fees which were clear from the outset and made the process simple and smooth.

I would have no hesitation recommending this agent to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent out there property.

I felt like an individual when dealing with them not just a number like some other agents.

The fact you lied about the 10 month contract ,, charged 5 weeks holding deposit which is illigal before referencing even commenced ,, and sneaked in a section 21 for me to sign before I even got the keys!! Then 6 days before the move changed the terms to 12k upfront!! ...

This is disappointing to hear and we always take feedback seriously at harbourside. In our experience sometimes clients who don't secure a property through us to let can become upset and a little emotional sometimes - the demand is high in Bristol. We have many landlords ad tenants who will vouch for the service we offer with hundreds of properties under management we know we are doing a lot of things right. ...

Refused to give out name and address of the landlord, although the agent doesn't manage the property and is thus legally obliged to do so. Contract was signed late, i.e. after move in date, although that could be the landlord's fault. Unresponsive and unfriendly....

If we are talking about the same property I believe that we do manage this property and it was the owner who didn't want to have his details given out. The owner was late in signing the other side of the contract I think on this one. Its disappointing to hear these comments and any feedback is taken on board. Its a shame the tenant didn't contact us directly and have a discussion just choosing to go on another site and complaint. I think sometimes relationships that are direct and open work well ...
