Simply put, never even think of going to them! The agents are very pushy and will ask you to provide the holding deposit (£ 500) immediately. However you have to plead to them to get back to you after that!
 
Ugly experience dealing with their team. Go to them at your own peril.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Nothing, just terrible agents
