I have barely moved in, and there are problems already with the condition and cleanliness of the house. The customer service is digusting, and blame is always pushed unto others. Stated on their website is that all of the furnishings are modern and usable, however on arrival the furniture is outdated, and broken.

The landlord has apparently told MLS that if we clean the house he will award us with a box of chocolates. How patronising and dispicable.

We found mouse droppings in the kitchen. As these were found in the evening, the office was closed, which then we were informed to get the out of hours number from our tenancy agreement. We were never given a tenancy agreement. We called the next day in which the reply to the mouse dropping situation was "wildlife cannot be stopped."

The general helpfulness to complaints is poor, dismissing events and details, rather than addressing them,

The lack of professionalism and helpfulness from midland is abysmal. Do not rent with Midland Letting and Sales.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Be less misleading Better customer service Give copies of contrascts on signing Higher standards
