SO Suite properties are inconsiderate and rude. I found them a good tenant and they refuse to pay commission owed. When I invoiced them they lied to me and explained that the tenant was not paying rent which is 100% lies.
Avoid at all costs.

You had independent inventory checkers come in and their report clearly stated that there was no difference in the state of cleanliness to when we moved in to when we moved out. If you felt that the property was filthy when we handed the property back to you, then according to the independent inventory checker that YOU use, and using your own words, it was filthy when given to us.
