Helmores have been a very pro-active, on the ball estate agent. I have found them very pleasant and easy to deal with and to be very professional.
Comment on agent fees
The fees are a bit higher than some other estate agents, but the service you get , which is vital for selling a house, out weighs this. It has been nice to also have had the solicitors fees covered in this charge, as it makes the process simpler and less worrying in the case of potential mounting charges form

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
