at first they seemed professional and easy to deal with, how wrong was i? they were easy to deal with when there was no problems and it came to rent, however when it came to deal with the problems and important stuff they were difficult and slower than molasses on a cold day. my property that i was living seemed fine at first but there were one or two issues such as the bowing shelving in the kitchen cupboard and dodgy extractor along with a water leak that had been "cleared up", they attempted to with these problems the best they could. then the real problems started, the bathroom started to become a mould factory which started to sperad through the whole flat, i called them to inform them of the problem they ignored it, i kept on trying 7-8 times before my mother got involved who doesn't even live in the UK, she experienced verbal abuse staff decided to swear at her despite her taking professional stance on the situation. so eventually i had to call environmental health in as my doctor feared for both my physical and mental wellbeing. environmental health agreed the mould was not anything to do with me but the simple state the flat was in due to the lack of ventilation and lack of repair work that needed doing that had been left. eventually nothing got done and environmental health could do no more and simply advised to move. along with the mould there were mice and fire alarms that didn't work and weren't up to today's standards. eventually i took the advice and moved out but not before having the place professionally cleaned and trying to get all the problems fixed. we asked for said abusive person not to inspect the property as i wanted an unbias judgement, this request was ignored as management told me she was the only one available to do it. funnily enough she was rude and abusive and discriminatory again (as i have certain disibilities hence the professional cleaner) and the flat was deemed "filthy" by her before she told us to f***ing . after the abuse have finished i phoned up the office and asked to put a complaint in, it was simply laughed off and told it would be sent to management who would apparently contact me. funnily enoguh still waiting for that call. when my deposit was eventually returned to me after a month of leaving the property it still wasn't in full as money has been retain for cleaning. on whole i strongly recommend you use anyone else but this company as staff, management and maintainance are all incompitent and useless and damn right rude!
