Worst agency I've come across. Missed a deal after putting down £500 deposit because of their delay and the lady(Shabana or sth like that) I was in contact with simply vanished. Spoke to the other guy Sean who's totally irresponsible and doesn't do anything he promises you. Worst of all is the manager David (of David St James presumably), simply came out of the woodwork and said tenants are not his customers only landlords are and the landlord would be better off without me (questioning their speed of response and attitude). Horrible agency run by horrible people. With customer service like this they will undoubtedly go out of business. Avoid at all costs!
