Sue Healey had several prospective buyers ready to view the property before it was put on the open market. One of them made an offer which was accepted and when they changed their minds two weeks later, she immediately found another buyer who made an even better offer, higher than other agents had valued my house. Contracts have been exchanged, and all the time through the process, Sue kept me informed. Her efficiency and friendliness were the highlight of this sale, enabling me to put up with the inefficiency of other parties. A sterling performance and a happy ending.

Comment on agent fees
Pretty good, although the final price, £805,000, more than we expected, we admit, just took us over the threshold into a higher . Unlucky!
