The team at Ryder & Dutton's Chadderton office have just found a tenant for my terraced house, and I have been impressed from start to finish with the service provided.
At the outset I really needed advice as to what work was necessary to bring the property up to the required standard and I found Leann to be very helpful with this (as were the staff from the company's property maintenance team). When the property was at last ready to be let, Leann lost no time in making a second visit and marketing it. She explained the various options clearly and I was happy with the rental price that she suggested. The advertisement quickly generated quite a lot of interest. Unfortunately the first couple of applications fell through (no fault of Ryder & Dutton's) but Hollie was excellent in communicating all developments to me. She also explained the different stages in the applications process to this first-time landlord, and offered guidance when I was unsure about a couple of decisions that I had to make. I felt that I was always kept up-to-date and given the chance to ask any questions I might have. Fortunately the third application was more successful and everything then seemed to happen fairly quickly.
Leann, Hollie and everybody else I've dealt with at the Chadderton office have all been extremely pleasant and helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ryder & Dutton to anyone looking for a letting agent in this area.
