Comfort Lettings is by fair the best letting agency my partner and I have ever used. They have always got in touch ASAP with any communication regards to any queries we had or anything that needed sorting at the property. Hannah Bernard has been such a pleasure to have had by our side whilst renting the property, always been very polite and friendly as well as making sure that we were always happy and any concerns we had were dealt with in a very professional manner and done as quickly and efficiently as possible. My partner and I would just like to thank Hannah and the team at Comfort Lettings for everything they have done to make our stay a pleasant and enjoyable one and will be recommending any family and friends to use you in the future.
Comment on agent fees
Fees were cheaper than most agency fees we had previously paid for renting a property so would definitely pay that price again.

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time.
