I dealt with several staff members, but Catherine was the 'lead' person. She was always positive and very quick to respond to queries, and they all gave an efficient service. My sale took 8 months from start to finish but that was due mainly to the buyers who were undecided about moving. The team at St Ives flagged up properties for me to buy, and were generally very helpful. In the end I also bought a property through them and all went well with that. So many thanks to them all.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Communication. Keep buyers in the loop and you won't lose them. A sale may have fallen through but I could have bought a property soon after yet they didn't keep in contact.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent needs to maintain focus throughout the buying process to completion, and to ensure that absence is covered so that customers are not ignored, as I was frequently. A bit more 'friendliness' wouldn't go a miss once the sale is secured either, I felt like I was being a pain in the backside just for asking basic questions.
