Horrendous! 6 months of continual problems - no rent for past 2 months from managing agents! Office now shut down. Total refusal to return calls or e mails. Rent and deposits gone - flat furniture has disappeared.
This must be a warning that the operation is to be avoided - resented having to put 1 star!!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
1 Pay the outstanding rent 2 Pay the deposit that was not put into the DPS (as per contract) 3 Return furniture 4 Return one of the dozens of phone calls or e mails

The office has now closed, I ask the shop next door they told me his full name is
Robert Perlmutter
Home number 01727758695 – was his mobile number 07949711809

He now works at The Radlett Centre - 01923 859291

Radlett,
Hertfordshire
WD7 8HL

He has ripped loads of people off. I hope you find him, he took money from us last year.

Desperate, have you been able to resolve your issue with this agent?

Robert and Marialodon are you in similar dispute?

I am looking to hear from anyone who has had problems recovering a deposit from Pearl Homes for a potential item on a BBC consumer affairs show.

Pearl Homes have been an absolute pleasure to find a home through. We have used them twice now and even recommended a friend who also found a flat with them. The fee we had to pay was relatively small in comparison to other major agents ...
