Priors have the worst customer service you will probably ever experience.
It can take them over a month (on a good day) to reply to emails or calls. They do not answer questions and are incredibly rude.
They fail to get even the simplest of things right, such as giving you prior notice to workmen entering your property. They are however very good at taking your money.
I would not recommend using this company for property management.

This complaint relates to 'Priors Managing Agents' who deal with block / freehold management.
They can be contacted on 01273-737586.
It is a completely separate company to Priors the letting / estate agents.

Claire was always happy, helpful and professional, she made the move into the property extremely easy and the move out (a more stressful time) even easier. I would recommend this agency to anyone – I have used several estate agents in Brighton and Hove over the past 5 years and can honestly say Priors and Claire were the best.
