My experience with Goldin Lemcke was positive on the whole. The agents were timely when I wanted to see the property I purchased and were helpful when it came to placing an offer.
During the viewings I believe they told me as much they knew about the property but there were some surprises when finally being handed the keys, as perhaps can be expected.
However, between the offer being accepted and completion they were always responsive and helpful when it came to chasing things up. I always felt welcome and still do.
