Phillip was absolutely spot-on. We viewed with him initially, however went for another flat, not through River Homes and advised him of it. A few days later, he rang me back and told me that he believes there was a problem with the flat we were going ahead with, so chased up with our agents. And yes, he was right and our agents didn't even know about it.
So we agreed to view a new flat which had just come on the market with River Homes. We loved it and put in the offer the following morning, it was accepted and we moved in with no problems. Phillip and the team have been super helpful since then.
