Under what wasn't the easiest of deals, everyone in the office remained thoroughly professional and helpful at all stages of the process. They were very patient towards my situation and allowed things to flow without hassling me and allowing things to flow.
During the process Helen was my main point of contact within the office. She was always always polite, bubbly and as helpful as possible, no matter what happened.
Overall I was very happy with the service I received and would use them again.
