Lettings Avenue were fantastic. Matt gave me great confidence that they would do a good job, and they delivered. I now have an excellent tenant and am receiving a very good level of rent. Matt responded to all my emails extremely promptly and was very professional.

Comment on agent fees
The agent charged a fixed fee so it was not extortionately expensive. The value was excellent.
