The letting staff (male) in the firm is pathetic, rude and ignorant. As a landlord I have been trying to obtain a reference check on a tenant and there seems to be a problem for someone to reply or even respond to me via email.
Person on the phone with broken English came across so rude even to the point that he swore at me on the phone that i fell disgusted to even recommend this agency to be employed by any landlord. No such thing as professionalism.

What agent could do to change your mind?
not be abusive, listen to me and advise appropriately. Be helpful and try to do the basic duties. Little did this guy know that I am also a buyer and have expressed interest on a few properties to buy with them but now I feel that I should avoid this agency. I asked what the person's position is in the company he replied with F**K off and put the phone down.Attached Filesnbsp;

Hi there, can I ask who you spoke to from "Irwin Fisher"? I believe there maybe a confusion. If it was "I.F Let's", then "I.F Lets" is not the same as Irwin Fisher. Firstly, please accept my sincere and honest apologies for this incident. As the director or Irwin Fisher, I, along with my colleagues have a duty of care towards all of our clients. I can’t express my feelings enough on how embarrassing this is for me personally. At this stage, i can only offer you a written and a public apology. The employee involved has been with the company for 5 years and should have known better how to speak to clients and conduct himself. As the incident has been classed as gross misconduct, the employee concerned has been dismissed with immediate effect today as there is no place for such people within the organisation. I can’t accept such behaviour from any of my employees.
