My experience with Goldin Lemcke was very good and I could have not sold the property without their help.
The sale has not been an easy one since the buyers were really difficult. After they put an offer in and initiated the contract with their solicitor, they change solicitor after a month, clearly wanted to have a reduction in the price after a couple of months and dragged their heals till the exchange and completion date 5 months later!
Simon Lemcke was there every step of the way and managed to keep the sale at the price agreed. The flat was put back on the market since we were not sure about the buyers ideas. I always had feedback on viewings and interest on the flat. The first viewing was done with an open day and the rest of the viewings were well managed and didn't have to worry about them.
I used Goldin Lemcke to buy this flat and I used them again to sell it! They are a small independent firm and they know the area very well. I would strongly recommend them to my friends or anyone looking to sell their place.
