This estate agent is an absolute joke. They will smile to your face but as soon as you've left or hung up the phone your concern will descend into the deepest drawer and never looked at again.
If something is wrong with your property or broken it is near impossible to have it fixed.
We have issues since we moved in, (They did not even take an inventory), and none of them are sorted even until today, seven months later. Even a broken window in winter they do not care to fix.
If they say they are sending a handyman and you will wait for him at home all day no one will shop up.
When you call them the person you are supposed to speak to is never available.
It is simply beneath contempt, they should not be able to call themselves estate agents.
I shall also refer them to the property ombudsman.
What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent does not respond to request for help, but will tell you they are working on it but nothing has ever happened.

I am sorry that you feel that your issues were not dealt with promptly. Unfortunately we act as an agent to the landlord. We have to get any work approved by them. Nor can we insist (although we strongly recommend) that a landlord supplies an inventory as it protects them as much as the tenant. We use third parties to complete repairs and are sorry that they did not show at the time stated. If you had called the office, we would have contacted them to establish what the delay was. We must also point out that any person in the office can deal with an enquiry. Therefore if the person you called for was unavailable in that instance, you could have spoken to another member of staff. In all our years of trading we have never received a complaint through the Property Ombudsman. We believe this is due to the fact that we adhere to a strict code of conduct and actually adhered to this code before the Ombudsman Scheme was introduced.

We are sorry that you feel that your tenancy did not end to your satisfaction. Whilst we have a duty to be fair to our tenants, we also have a duty to our landlords to ensure that the property is given up in the same condition to that which it was taken. Mistakes happen. They're expected. The least they could do is accept it and rectify, not blame someone else and be snipey about it. Or, they can just do their job properly.
