We found the team at Crediton very professional, very friendly. The gentlemen who showed us around the property was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the type of property and gave us valuable advice. Loren , our contact at Crediton, dealt with all of our queries with a prompt response. We bought the property in Crediton but actually live in Northumberland, Loren made such a long distance sale very easy and seemed to go the extra mile when required. Would not hesitate in recommending Helmores and would definitely use them again if the situation arose.+

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
