These guys are beyond a joke. They caused me and my flatmates grief beyond a ridiculous level. This company essentially hides behind the landlord when anything goes wrong. The whole idea is that they are meant to manage the property on behalf of the landlord, but instead they give zero service and will argue that the landlord is not allowing work to be done.

Don't be fooled by the hard sell they give it when you first arrive. it all looks very impressive, and honestly, our initial experience with them was great..... but that was also the only time it was to be any good. I think the employees should be disgusted that they work at a place like that, an organisation that takes no care for how their tenants feel. Impossible to get hold of and when you do they are just bouncing you off from one person to another. They're scared to pick up the phone and hide behind emails, with which we experienced response times of up to two weeks later, if any response at all.
What agent could do to change your mind?

That sounds like a really frustrating experience. We certainly don't want any of our customers to ever feel like this, we aim to treat all our Landlords and Tenants with respect and respond in a timely manner. The management team are monitored on their communication and we are not aware of anyone having to wait for 2 weeks for a response.
