Dreadful service and promises are not kept! We were told our property would be perfect when we moved in with painting corrected and full cleaning. This was not done and they had not even got rid of the previous tenant's possessions. When this was eventually sorted out they removed a truck load of rubbish and possessions! Moving into a new house and having to go through cupboards and wardrobes to remove everything from bedding to kitchenware is not a pleasant thing to have to do when you then need to do your own unpacking!

When we signed our contract we were not given all the required keys and were told that the "painter was on holiday" they only have one painter? AS IF! Both of the bathrooms had leaks and were un-usable, there was a hole in the ceiling, tiles falling off the walls in the kitchens and bathrooms, stained and burnt carpets and dirty walls. The windows were broken and the whole house smelt awful. Is it acceptable to be renting a house from them when you can't even shut your windows when you leave the house??

Those working for the company rarely returned calls when necessary and all passed the buck and shirked responsibility. When disputing our contract being changed we were pressurised to settle by being told ¢â‚¬Å“they could rent our house out in a day". This was after they tried to trick me into accepting a £100 offer of "good will". This is considerably less than the amount of rent we are wasting by living in a dusty building site.

Although the maintenance team is now - slowly! - dealing with the problems - I emailed customer services 4 days ago and have not received a response from them.

After renting for the past 5 years I have never had such a stressful move, even a small local estate agent in Whitechapel was better than them. They have a real nerve to charge such high Admin Fee's when they can't do there own jobs properly! Having to deal with contractors ourselves has been very stressful and the stress has even resulted in me contracting a virus and having to take time off work.

11 days since we moved in and many many many more days of living on a building site to come!
