AVOID!!!!!! Since renting through Lucas Grant Lettings we have been appalled with their non existent customer service skills and rude manner. They ignore phone calls, ignore all maintenance issues and do nothing that you ask for. Our shower has broken, hob and oven broken, there is a leak into the garage that smells and none have STILL not been sorted (after 5 weeks). They are never in at their registered address and always fob you off on the phone and nothing gets done. Frustrating and rude! Do not waste your time here guys!

We only provide a Tenant Find Service for this property therefore do not manage the maintenance. We advised the tenants that we do not manage the property and that the landlord was responsible for organizing the repairs. We did speak to the landlord to support the tenant and attempt to speed up the repairs. I understand the tenants frustration nevertheless we are not to blame.
